A lot of issues

I had A LOT of trouble getting past the first boss because the game wouldnt register me rotating my phone. After a freak accident, I passed the level. Its a fun game, but I bought an in game purchase and it charged me and didnt give me my items! Ive contacted them multiple times and they havent responded. Fix the bugs and give me my money back!
